Each month our chefs develop an ambitious new tasting menu, driven by the micro-seasons of Anglesey. We work with what is to hand, using ultra-local ingredients to create refined dishes that make the most of what’s growing now.
We welcome guests from 18:00, serving each table individually (unlike our banquetting events).
The menu is typically 6 courses and takes approximately 2 - 2.5 hours.
Marius offers a wine pairing to each course as an additional extra.
£75 p/person, with an optional upgrade of a wine flight

The bar will be open throughout the evening, and the last order will be 11pm.
