  • We are looking for experienced Front of House Staff to deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests at Y Marram.

    The role is offered on a full-time, seasonal basis across the peak summer months, with potential for reduced hours throughout the year.

    This role can also be considered on a part-time basis, it is primarily based on-site at Y Marram and Newborough Warren Caravan Park, though may include some off-site events. Hospitality experience is preferential.

  • We are looking for a baker to help us enhance the daily food offering at Y Marram and provide a high-quality selection of fresh goods for our guests and associated businesses.

    The role is offered initially on a part-time basis, with the expectation that it provides consistent support throughout the year, with the opportunity to grow with the business.

    We are looking for someone to manage the daily production of baked goods, maintain exceptional standards of quality, and contribute to developing the menu as we look to expand opportunities across the business. The main responsibilities:

    • Daily preparation, proofing, and baking of breads and pastries

    • Managing stock levels Maintaining a clean and hygienic preparation area in line with food safety regulations

    • Ensuring consistency and presentation across all finished products

    • Contributing to seasonal menu development

    Proven professional baking experience is essential. Experience working in a high-volume hospitality setting is of interest.

    Part-time, the role is based on-site at Y Marram and will include early morning starts and weekend working.

  • We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support the growing relationship between Y Marram and Newborough Holidays.

    The role centres on customer communication and service, managing reservations, and providing general administrative support to the team across both operations. You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, so a warm and organised manner matters as much as the practical skills.

    This is initially a seasonal, full-time role across the peak summer months, with potential for reduced hours year-round. A part-time arrangement from the outset can also be considered. The role is based on-site at Y Marram and Newborough Warren Caravan Park, and will include weekend working.

    Good computer skills are expected. Welsh language is preferable.

  • We are looking for a Finance Manager to help us achieve the next phase of growth at Y Marram and the wider group of associated businesses and activities.

    The role is offered initially on a part-time basis, with the expectation that it grows with the business over the coming years.

    We are looking for someone to improve financial reporting, manage the day-to-day accounts, and take part in strategic conversations as we look to realise opportunities across the business. The main responsibilities:

    • Accounts payable and receivable

    • VAT

    • Payroll

    • Data and KPI reporting

    • Developing and improving financial systems

    • Contributing to strategic discussion

    We operate on Xero, which is essential.

    Hospitality experience would be of interest but is not essential. Experience working with ambitious owner-managed businesses is.

    Part-time, £35k pro rata. Flexible working with a mix of remote and on-site.
