We are looking for a Admin Assistant to support the growing relationship between Y Marram and Newborough Holidays, as the holiday park comes under the Y Marram brand this winter.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our guests and the organised support behind the team, taking the admin load off our managers. A warm and organised manner matters as much as the practical skills.

The main responsibilities:

• Answering guest emails, calls and messages for the restaurant, private dining and the holiday park, and managing bookings in the reservation systems

• Keeping the shared drive tidy and the files named consistently

• Preparing paperwork for events and catering jobs, and passing invoice details to our bookkeeper

• Keeping supplier contacts, staff training records and compliance dates up to date

• Helping set up the processes for running the holiday park alongside the restaurant

Clear communication on the phone and in writing, good computer skills (email, spreadsheets, shared drives) and a careful eye for detail are expected. Customer service or hospitality experience is of interest. Welsh language is preferable.

The role starts this winter, part-time at first, building to full-time across the peak summer months. Staying part-time year-round can also be considered. The role is based on-site at Y Marram and Newborough Warren Caravan Park, and will include weekend working.

Pay is the National Living Wage.

We are looking for experienced Front of House Staff to deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests at Y Marram.

The role is offered on a full-time, seasonal basis across the peak summer months, with potential for reduced hours throughout the year.

This role can also be considered on a part-time basis, it is primarily based on-site at Y Marram and Newborough Warren Caravan Park, though may include some off-site events. Hospitality experience is preferential.

We are looking for a baker to help us enhance the daily food offering at Y Marram and provide a high-quality selection of fresh goods for our guests and associated businesses.

The role is offered initially on a part-time basis, with the expectation that it provides consistent support throughout the year, with the opportunity to grow with the business.

We are looking for someone to manage the daily production of baked goods, maintain exceptional standards of quality, and contribute to developing the menu as we look to expand opportunities across the business. The main responsibilities:

• Daily preparation, proofing, and baking of breads and pastries

• Managing stock levels Maintaining a clean and hygienic preparation area in line with food safety regulations

• Ensuring consistency and presentation across all finished products

• Contributing to seasonal menu development

Proven professional baking experience is essential. Experience working in a high-volume hospitality setting is of interest.

Part-time, the role is based on-site at Y Marram and will include early morning starts and weekend working.
