Each month our chefs develop an ambitious new tasting menu, driven by the micro-seasons of Anglesey and the creativity of the team. We work with what is to hand, using ultra-local ingredients to create refined dishes that make the most of what’s growing now.

Flower Tree
With Flovery
Create a festive flower tree and enjoy a winter cocktail with Flovery, our local flower artist.
The biodegradable tree stands approximately 25 cm high and makes for a perfect centerpiece.

Start your day with a true taste of Anglesey. Our dishes include some creative twists on brunch classics, featuring the best local Welsh ingredients like local free-range eggs, Carmarthen Ham and our home made treacle sourdough.

Our plates are simple, considered dishes of fresh, quality produce. As we source from local farmers, producers and fishermen, the menu changes regularly and is based on the produce on hand.
