On Saturday 2nd August, we're thrilled to welcome Chef Adam Reid, Chef Patron of the renowned The French at The Midland Hotel, for one night only at Y Marram. After last year’s sell-out events under canvas, Adam returns for a more intimate experience — this time in the warm heart of Y Marram itself.

This is more than a guest appearance: it’s a joyful reunion between friends, with Adam and Ellis joining forces in the kitchen to craft an unforgettable dining experience rooted in creativity, bold flavours, and the shared joy of cooking.

Guests are invited to join us from 6:00 pm for a glass of bubbles, with food served from 6:45 pm. The menu is priced at £120 per person
