On Saturday 2nd August, we had the pleasure of welcoming Chef Adam Reid, Chef Patron of the renowned The French at The Midland Hotel, for a one-night-only event at Y Marram. Following last year’s sell-out appearances under canvas, Adam returned for a more intimate experience — this time in the warm heart of Y Marram itself.
This wasn’t just a guest appearance; it was a joyful reunion between friends. Adam and Ellis joined forces in the kitchen to craft an unforgettable dining experience rooted in creativity, bold flavours, and the shared joy of cooking.
