Shucking Workshop at Y MArram

In celebration of Welsh Wine Week, we invite you to an fun and sociable workshop dedicated to the perfect pairing: fresh, briny oysters and crisp Welsh Pefriog.

This could be the true taste of Wales, where the salty ocean from a freshly shucked oyster meets the crisp bubbles of our favourite local wine.

Join us Monday, 2nd June, where our expert chefs will help you master the technique before savouring your handiwork alongside a perfectly chilled glass from Gwinllan Conwy.

This class is an ideal activity to partake in solo, with friends or as a family experience (younger children are welcome but require supervision from a paying adult participant, under 18s can enjoy a soft drink in place of Pefriog).

Make a Day of It: Y Marram will be serving coffee, pastries and brunch from 9 am. And Flour & Flame will be cooking up their fantastic wood-fired pizzas from 1pm onwards.

Choose Your Time: We're running the session across the day.

Each class costs just £20 per adult or £10 per child (14yrs or under), to be paid on arrival. There is a maximum of 10 participants per session to ensure time and space for plenty of guidance.
