Beyond the espresso shot, you will master the physics of milk texturing. Andy will guide you through the process of aerating milk to create a glossy, velvet micro-foam, moving beyond simple froth to achieve the correct density for pouring. By the end of the workshop, you will have practiced the specific pouring angles and flow speeds required to create your own latte art heart.
