On Calan Gaeaf, people lit bonfires. We're ending the day in a similar fashion but with long tables in the stretch tent, and food straight off the coals.
As the light goes, the fire pit is lit outside and the barbecue will be ticking over. Book any time between 6pm and 7pm for food and we'll seat you as you come in, with the tent warmed against the October chill.
Order your drinks from your table, then head to the grill whenever you're ready for meat and vegetables off the barbecue. The sides will be self-serve, buffet style, and a warm sponge and custard pudding will follow.
The bar is open all evening until 10pm, so stay on after pudding and make a night of it.
It's a sociable evening for everyone, as we close out Calan Gaeaf and the campsite prepares to close up for winter. Bring the family, come with friends, or come on your own and share a table.

Make a day of it
Earlier in the day there are family workshops with Sensori Sara, Liam Higginson in conversation with Kristoffer Hughes in the tent, and a trip to the stones at Bryn Celli Ddu. Book each part on its own on the Calan Gaeaf page. There's accommodation on site too, with the restaurant at the end of the drive.
