A memorable Christmas dinner largly comes down to the quality of the side dishes. We are pleased for Head Chef, Kieran to host a hands-on cookery session dedicated to perfecting the essentials. Drawing on his own collection of tried-and-tested recipes, Kieran will guide you through the preparation of standout dishes that will complete your Christmas table.
During this three-to-four-hour class, you will work with seasonal ingredients to prepare a generous selection of sides. The session will cover techniques and methods you can replicate at home.
The class includes a welcome break for coffee and a pastry. At the end of the session, you will pack and take home all the dishes you have prepared, ready for your own festive celebrations.
