What’s On? - February 2026

We have officially moved out of January — which somehow always feels like the longest month of the year — and steped into February. Already, there is a shift in the air. We’re starting to see the longer days creeping in, some of the first migrating birds have begun to arrive, there’s more people enjoying weekend walks.

Here’s a look at what’s coming up:

Wine Club with Marius is Back

Friday, 13th February | 19:30 – 22:00

Marius is back in his regular slot on the second Friday of the month. These nights are sociable, informal, and designed for everyone—whether you’re a connoisseur or just enjoy a good glass of wine. Your ticket includes a comforting seasonal dish served midway through the evening to perfectly complement Marius’s chosen pours.

Valentine’s Weekend & Saturday Evenings

Saturday, 14th February

This year, Valentine’s Day conveniently falls on a Saturday, lining up perfectly with our standard opening hours. We will be open for our Daily Menu from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (3 pm for food) and then open for our Evening Menu from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm for those looking for a cosy, foodie evening.

The Cookery School: Back to the Essentials

As promised, we are thrilled to welcome back Janick for his popular introduction to baking sessions. The next focus: Ciabatta.

Keep your eyes on our social media channels as we release the specific dates for these sessions.

Seasonal Development Taster Menu

Saturday, 28th February | 18:30 – 22:00

Our monthly creative session returns on the final Saturday of the month. The Seasonal Development Menu is where our chefs experiment with the very best produce North Wales has to offer in this month. It’s a unique, one-off tasting experience that reflects exactly what is growing, grazing, and being caught right now.

Events This Month:

Out And About

Ellis will be out and about Conwy County on the weekends of the 14th and 21st, hosting food demos, shouting about local producers, and encouraging everyone to fall in love with real, seasonal food.

Keep an eye on our (and his) social media to find out more about locations and timings. It’s always lovely to see a familiar face when we’re working away from home.
