Welcome back! While the festivities are behind us, things aren't slowing down at Y Marram. Before we look at what's coming up this month, a huge thank you for your support in 2025.

It has to be the Roast Dinner. What is better than a walk through Newborough Forest, down to the beach and finished with a flavourful, protein-rich and carb-heavy Sunday Roast.

A Look Back at 2025

A huge thank you for your support last year. There were some real standout favorites over November and December. Our Seasonal Development Menu continued to be consistently popular, and the Sunday Roasts and weekend breakfasts really were the star performers.

From Marius’s monthly wine nights to our oversubscribed Dark Skies talk and the fantastic sessions in the cookery school, it was a wonderful way to close out the year.

If you are looking for something to celebrate Dydd Santes Dwynwen, the next installment of our Seasonal Development Menu is Saturday 24th Jan. I suspect you already know of the link between Santes Dwynwen and Llanddwyn Island, so I’m thinking a nice evening with us in Y Marram, followed by a walk out to the island and St. Dwynwen’s Church on Sunday morning, finishing with some brunch or a roast dinner back at Marram. There we are. Lovely idea. See you on the 24th!

Join us at Y Marram for our monthly tasting menu, crafted by the chefs to reflect the micro‑seasons of Anglesey. Using ultra‑local ingredients, the team creates refined dishes that celebrate what is growing now, with each menu offering something new and ambitious.

£75 per person, with an optional wine flight for an additional £65. Reservations required.

Join us for a sociable Wine Night at Y Marram, hosted by sommelier Marius Muresan on the second Friday of each month. Your ticket includes a comforting seasonal dish, served midway through the evening.

£40 p/person, including light bites.

Out And About

Jan 21st. 7pm - 11pm. The team are cooking at the Hospitality Fundraising Diner in the Art School Restaurant, Liverpool (more info…)

Jan 30th. The team will be taking the Marram experience up to Rhoscolyn for the first Private Dining of the year. Cooking a set menu for 21 people in a beuatiful scenic cottage up the coast.

Coming in February

We’re taking a breather with the cookery school this month, but we return in February with our 'Essentials' series. Keep an eye out for Bread Baking, Coffee Classes, and Fermenting sessions.
