Seasonal Development Menu October

Each month our chefs develop an ambitious new tasting menu, driven by the micro-seasons of Anglesey and the creativity of the team. We work with what is to hand, using ultra-local ingredients to create refined dishes that make the most of what’s growing now.

£100 per person, with an optional upgrade of a flight of paired wines for an additional £65. Reservations in advance are required.
