About Tony

Tony Singh is a chef, restaurateur, and broadcaster known for his bold, creative approach to food that blends Scottish produce with Asian flavours and techniques. His cooking is rooted in heritage and storytelling, drawing on his Scottish upbringing and South Asian influences to create dishes that are vibrant, generous, and full of character.

Tony has worked across restaurants, events, and television, and is passionate about celebrating local produce, cultural identity, and food as a shared experience. His style of cooking is confident and expressive, balancing tradition with innovation, and always putting flavour first.

The night will feature a fusion tasting menu, inspired by local, seasonal produce and influenced by Scottish and Asian flavours, techniques, and traditions. Expect bold flavours, beautiful produce, and Y Marram’s signature approach of refining an evening of dining into something truly memorable.

This will be a lively, relaxed evening, designed around great food, conversation, and atmosphere, with live music setting the tone and an interactive Q&A with Tony during the night.

With just one sitting from 6:00pm, the evening is yours to savour. Join us under the canopy for an unforgettable dining experience.


Event Details

  • Date: Wednesday 5th August

  • Arrival from: 5:00pm for a welcome drink and music

  • Live music from: 5:30pm

  • Dining begins promptly at: 6:00pm

  • Carriages from: 10:00pm

  • Menu: Scottish–Asian fusion tasting menu

  • Ticket price: £100 per person
    Ticket price includes the full tasting menu, live music, and Q&A.


Important Information

  • Due to the nature of this guest chef event and the collaborative menu, we’re unable to accommodate dietary requirements on this occasion.

  • This is a social dining experience, with shared tables, designed to encourage conversation and shared enjoyment. Guests will be seated with fellow diners unless an entire table is booked.

  • The menu will be released one week prior to the event.


Parking, Staying Over & Accommodation

  • Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight in the car park over the road, at their own discretion.

  • Motorhomes and caravans are welcome on site for the evening, subject to availability.

  • We also have on-site accommodation available.

Ticket Information

  • Your ticket includes all food served during the event.

  • For all beverages, drinks will be available to purchase on the night.
